送貨 – 按情況免運費或收取運費


A. 訂單金額滿HK$400,香港區免費送貨

B. 訂單金額不足HK$400,顧客需支付$42運費

我們會選用順豐的送貨服務,客人可以選擇送貨到 工商業或住宅地址;客人亦可選擇 順豐站、順便智能櫃、(順豐服務點)。結帳時,客人須於頁面左邊的「送貨地址」欄目中填寫正確的收件人信息,以便我們安排發貨,按時將貨品送到客人指定的地點。

如客人要求送貨到順豐站、順便智能櫃,請於送貨地址中填寫正確的順豐站/順便智能櫃編號及地址,先填寫編號,然後再寫準確的位置。建議先到下面順豐官方網站的超連結,查證最新取貨點的編號及地址:

送貨時間

客人所購買的商品,如非預訂產品,全部會於訂單確認付款後的7個工作天內寄出。香港境內的送貨服務將會由順豐速遞提供,一般派件時間為星期一至六上午9時至下午6時,派件員於派送前一般都會先致電聯絡收件人安排收件。如需於指定的日期或時間派送。如我們發現資料填寫有誤,我們會於投寄前致電顧客,確認收件人資料及送貨時間。

重新送貨

如商品已到達收貨地址而無人簽收,我們可在速遞公司將貨品退回後再次安排送貨,但客戶須重新支付運費,如在其後7個工作天後我們仍然聯絡不到顧客,該訂單將會被取消,恕不會安排退款,請客戶主動聯絡我們重新安排送貨。

其他須知

1. 香港地區送貨服務,適用於商業地址及住宅地址,恕不接受郵政信箱地址。


2. 送貨服務有可能會因天氣、交通、地區或其他因素而暫停或延期,送貨時間將會另作安排。


3. 完成付款後,我們會儘快於辦公時間內安排投寄。貨品寄出後,客人填寫的電郵地址,將會收到由系統寄出的電郵,通知客戶包裹的寄出口期及追蹤編號。


4. 商品交付時須簽收,如商品送達收件地址時沒有人簽收,客人可以要求重新派送,而安排重新派送的費用,將由收件人承擔。


5. 收件時請客戶檢查貨品,如有損毀,請直接拒收或要求退回寄件人。


6. 貨品的收件地址以客人填寫的地址為準,如因客人提供的地址不準確而出現延誤或寄失的情況,恕不負責。


7. 如訂單包括現貨和預購或缺貨產品,將會安排預購品或缺貨品到貨後一併寄出。若客人要求先寄出現貨,我們將會額外收取不少於HK$40的運費。


8. 如收到的商品項目或數量與訂單不符,請於收貨後之3個工作天內致電客戶服務部,我們會與物流公司核實派送過程,如因物流公司派遞時遺失或損毀,我們會與物流公司追討賠償。逾時作出聯絡的個案,恕難以提供進一步協作。


9. 未能成功投遞的訂單,MASKMAKER將會以電郵/電話方式聯絡顧客,安排重新送貨,並將收取不少於HK$40 的運費。


10. 所有訂單的發貨安排,須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作安排。倘若我們未能提供閣下訂單上的任何產品或服務,我們會於送貨或取貨前透過電話或電郵通知閣下。

Courier Delivery:

A. Any single order worth HKD$400 or more, can enjoy a free delivery service within Hong Kong.

B. For order worth less then HKD$400, a HK$42 delivery fee applies.

We ship with SF's delivery service, and they provide door-to-door delivery service to industrial, commercial or residential addresses. You can also choose to pick up at SF Store, EF Locker that are SF Service Partners. Make sure you fill in the correct recipient information in the "Delivery Address" column on the left of the page. For pick up service at SF Store, EF Locker, please write down the correct code and address of the SF Store, EF Locker. Delivery time

Unless it is a pre-order item, all the orders will be shipped out within 7 working after receiving payment. SF Express will provide the delivery service within Hong Kong. Their standard delivery time is Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and the courier will usually call the recipient in advance to reconfirm the delivery arrangement. Should there be any information that needs to be clarified, our Customer Service Representatives will contact you before shipping the order out.

Redelivery

In the event of nobody present to receive the package, you can arrange redelivery after the parcel is returned to us. The additional delivery cost will be billed to you. If we are unable to contact you within the following seven working days, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be made. Please contact us to schedule the redelivery.

Others

1. Hong Kong delivery services are available to commercial and residential addresses. We do not accept post office box addresses.
2. The delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, delivery location or other factors. In such cases, a special delivery arrangement will be made.
3. After receiving the payment, we will ship out the order during office hours. Once the package is shipped, we will send a tracking number with an estimated delivery date to the email address provided by the customer.
4. Signature is required for package delivery. In the event of nobody present to sign for the package, the customer can request redelivery. Any additional cost will be billed to the customer.
5. Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. If items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery entirely to enforce an immediate return.
6. We ship all deliveries to the address provided by the customer. So we will not be responsible for any delay or loss due to incorrect address information.
7. For orders that include both items that are in stock and pre-order or out-of-stock items, your orders will be consolidated into a single shipment. But if the customer request for urgent delivery of the items in stock, we will charge an additional shipping fee of not less than HK$40.
8. In the event of receiving the wrong item or quantity of the item received does not match the order, please call the customer service department within three working days after the delivery. We will verify the delivery process with the logistics company. If the shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, we will pursue compensation from the logistics company. Late request will not be entertained.
9. For orders that have not been successfully delivered, MASKMAKER will contact the customer via email or phone to arrange redelivery and will charge a shipping fee of not less than HK$40.
10. Delivery for all orders depends on the availability of the products. If we are unable to provide the goods or services that you ordered, we will notify you by phone or email.
